The Office of Law Career Services is dedicated to helping you in all aspects of the job search process. We are committed to providing career services to all Ohio Northern College of Law students regardless of career aspirations, grade point average or any other criteria. Our goal is to assist you in the transition from law student to employed professional.
Ohio Northern graduates are successful throughout the country, at all levels and in challenging and rewarding positions. Employers from all over the country use our Office of Career Services to hire law clerks, summer associates, and attorneys by posting jobs with us, conducting on-campus interviews or participating in our resume collection program. During the 2008-09 school year, over 100 offices interviewed on campus, we collected resumes for another 35 employers, and posted over 1000 job announcements in our shared Legalsift job database.
Our placement rate for graduates nine months after graduation (the ABA standard) has averaged over 94% for each for the past seven years. Nationally, during these past seven years, ONU College of Law’s employment rate has been higher than the national average
