CORPORATE TRANSACTIONAL CLINIC: The representation of non-profit organizations and local churches in corporate matters including incorporating, obtaining tax exempt status with the Internal Revenue Service and real property issues. Prerequisites: Successful completion of 58 hours of law college credit and an intern certificate from the Supreme Court of Ohio. Prerequisite or co-requisite: LAW 1236 (Business Organizations 1).
