Welcome to ONU Law!
In just a few short weeks, you will be embarking on one of the most exciting journeys of your life – law school. You will be entering into a group of some of the most highly educated and esteemed professionals. Although law school is one of the most rewarding experiences, it is considered to be one of the most rigorous as well. This is why we encourage you to find time, if only for a few days, to rest and relax before your arrival to campus. Read a good book, take a nap, and clear your mind.
The Fall 2012 entering class promises to be comprised of the most qualified, diverse and talented students. I speak for all of us here at Ohio Northern University College of Law when I say that we are anticipating your arrival and look forward to seeing your class come together in Ada this August.
The mandatory Fall Orientation program takes place on Thursday, August 23 and Friday, August 24, 2012. Orientation will provide you with valuable information pertinent to your academic and personal needs as an ONU Law student. You will find a draft of the schedule in this packet and also on the Fall Orientation webpage, located on the Admitted Students site.
We are starting early –
Check-in and a light continental breakfast begin at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday. Appropriate dress is business professional (no t-shirts, jeans, tank tops, or flip flops).
Please read carefully all information provided to you in your mailer packets and on the Fall Orientation webpage. This information will allow for a much easier transition into our law school.
