Diversity

While it is a nice starting point, a non-discrimination policy such as ONU's, above, does not even begin to scratch the surface of what an institution must do to be a truly diverse and accepting environment.  At ONU Law not only do we make a pledge against discrimination, but we go further by actively recruiting members of racial and ethnic minority groups, the LGBTQ community, geographically diverse states, a variety of undergraduate universities, and all ages to join us.  It is by our differences that we create a rich learning environment where we can learn to understand ourselves and broaden our understanding of the world.
