Law Housing

Ohio Northern University and the Village of Ada offer many housing options for students. Two on-campus apartment complexes are available for law and graduate students looking for the convenience of campus living. There are also many off-campus apartments, houses and duplexes available for rent and purchase, all within walking distance to the college.
The Fall 2013 move-in date is set for Sunday, August 18, 2013. More information can be found on the Admitted Students page under Orientation. Please contact Residence Life (419) 772-2430 for further information.
On-campus University housing
ONU also offers on-campus housing for students who seek the convenience of campus life. On-campus housing is coordinated by the university's Residence Life Office. Polar Place Apartments and Courtyard Apartments are furnished two-person apartments featuring a shared common room (with kitchenette) and a private bedroom (pictures provided below). Polar Place Apartments also include free T-1 internet access, cable television, voicemail and all utilities as well as access to laundry facilities. Students have the option of rooming with either another first year law student or a second year law student. Meal plans can also be purchased for use at all university dining facilities. There are a limited number of spots available for law students on a first come first serve basis! For more information, please visit the ONU Residence Life Office.

2012-13 OFF-CAMPUS HOUSING LIST>>
The Village of Ada provides inexpensive off-campus housing and a low cost of living far below national averages. Monthly rental fees can range from $300- $650 depending on décor, location and if the student is living alone or with a roommate. Many rental locations are within walking distance to the College of Law, restaurants, and other shops along Main Street Ada.
ONU has provided a search tool through College Campus Connection in order to serve students looking for off-campus housing in the Ada area. All landlords listed have signed the non-discriminatory housing policy as required by the federal government. Other arrangements are between the landlord and the tenant.
