Off-campus Non-University Housing
The Village of Ada provides inexpensive off-campus housing and a low cost of living far below national averages. Monthly rental fees can range from $300- $650 depending on décor, location and if the student is living alone or with a roommate. Many rental locations are within walking distance to the College of Law, restaurants, and other shops along Main Street Ada.
ONU has provided a search tool through College Campus Connection in order to serve students looking for off-campus housing in the Ada area. All landlords listed have signed the non-discriminatory housing policy as required by the federal government. Other arrangements are between the landlord and the tenant. Please note: ONU has not inspected the listings on this site. Listing apartments does not constitute endorsement. Please inspect an apartment before signing a lease.
