These forms must be submitted by May 17, so they may be processed in a timely fashion.

The stipend checks will be deposited or given to you at the end of each week. The first disbursement will be on June 14, and the last disbursement will be on June 28.  We suggest bringing some money with you for the first week.

If you choose to receive a check, please be aware that the banks in Ada include Liberty Bank a Chase Bank ATM and US Bank. US Bank will cash ONU checks with a valid State Issued ID (Driver’s License for example).  Otherwise, we suggest you bring an ATM card to access your money.

Direct Deposit Enrolment Authorization – Needed if you choose to have the checks directly deposited into your bank account

These forms must be submitted by May 17, so they may be processed in a timely fashion.

Travel Arrangements

It is your responsibility to make arrangements to get to Ohio.  We are offering up to $200 for round trip travel for the summer.  You must inform us of your travel plans and provide us a cell phone number no later than May 24.   Airline, train or bus receipts may be submitted at any time so that we can start processing your reimbursement.  You can e-mail, mail or fax the receipts to us.

If you are flying, we suggest using either the Columbus or Dayton airports.  An ONU van will be picking up students at each airport at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 9. We will also provide transportation to the airport for your return trip. When you leave on Friday, June 28, do not book your flight any earlier than 5 p.m. If you choose to leave Saturday, June 29th, do not book your flight any earlier than 10:00 a.m.

If you are taking the train or bus, please book your ticket in to Lima, OH, arriving on Sunday, June 9, and let us know you time of arrival so that we can arrange to pick you up.  If you are driving, you will be reimbursed at $.565 per mile, up to $200.
