Greg Hach, JD '99, completely changed the way health care plans identify recoverable claims while also identifying mass tort precription drug and defective medical device claims. Greg and his law firm have also obtained an $8M verdict two weeks ago in New York Supreme Court, which just settled prior to post trial motions for $4.525M.

Rob Luther Robert Luther III, JD '06, has published his seventh law review article, entitled, Oversight, Enforcement, and Extension in Public Interest Litigation: An Empirical Analysis of Compliance with the Ninth Circuit's Western States Paving v. Washington State DOT Decision, in volume 15 of the Texas Review of Law & Politics. He also recently published an op-ed on the Virginia healthcare challenge in The Virginia Gazette, the nation’s oldest newspaper. Rob practices constitutional law in Williamsburg, Virginia. (more)
