BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Ulrich serves as General Counsel for the Transworld Oil Group of Companies based in Hamilton, Bermuda. He has been a practicing international lawyer for more than 38 years and has experience in analyzing, structuring, documenting, managing, negotiating, and closing large and/or complex domestic and international transactions. His international experience is focused on general corporate; transnational investments (with emphasis in the energy industry); finance; banking; project development; joint ventures; corporate governance and control; and litigation management.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: TRANSWORLD GROUP OF COMPANIES, Houston, Texas and Hamilton, Bermuda; Vice President and General Counsel - October 1990 to present; Directs all legal affairs of entrepreneurial multinational companies. Primary activities are in the field of oil and gas, including significant energy and infrastructure projects in Russia, Kazakhstan, Oman, India, Australia, Pakistan, South Africa, Nigeria, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, Indonesia and New Zealand.
