Ohio Northern University's Office of Law Career Services can assist you in your legal recruitment and hiring for full- and part-time positions:

  • Full-time entry-level associates 
  • Lateral attorneys

Recruiting and hiring can be expensive and very time-consuming. Our office offers the following free services designed to support cost-effective and efficient hiring.

On-Campus Recruitment and Interview Programs

We host employers for an on-campus interview program (OCI) during the fall and spring of every year. Employers can interview students in our modern, private interviewing facilities for part-­time, summer and full-time positions.

Applications will be collected according to the criteria established by employers and forwarded to the hiring partner, firm manager or recruiting coordinator. Interview appointments will be scheduled to meet the employer's needs.  

Job Postings 

Employers are invited to post their legal positions on our on­line job posting website, Symplicity. We provide job postings for our students and alumni. Employers can specify qualifications and other criteria to meet their needs in Symplicity. If you would prefer, you can contact our office, and we will be happy to post your position in Symplicity and send announcements to appropriate students and alumni.

Résumé/APPLICATION Collection

In response to a job posting or in preparation for on-campus interviewing, we can collect and forward résumés and applications according to your specifications.
