Register now for ONU Law's 2012 Homecoming Class Reunion Celebration Dinner

Professor Howard Fenton, Director of the Democratic Governance and Rule of Law LL.M.

The Taggart Law Library renovated its rare book and special collections room during summer 2012, transforming it into an elegant new space to house the law library’s rare books and special collections.

Professor David Pimentel will present his newest paper on Criminal Child Neglect, Overprotective Parenting and the "Free Range" Kid, at the Central States Law Schools Association 2012 Scholarship Conference in Cleveland, OH, on October 19-20, 2012.  The paper has been accepted for publication by the Utah Law Review, and has already been downloaded over 17,500 times in the few months it's been available on the Internet.
