ONU Law Professor Howard Fenton, Director of the Democratic Governance and Rule of Law Program, recently spent 10 days in Georgia at the invitation of the newly elected government to discuss constitutional and administrative justice reform issues. He met with numerous members of Parliament from both the ruling party and opposition, as well as government officials, academics and leaders of civil society.
