Professor Pimentel to Present Paper on Criminal Child Neglect

Professor David Pimentel will present his newest paper on Criminal Child Neglect, Overprotective Parenting and the "Free Range" Kid, at the Central States Law Schools Association 2012 Scholarship Conference in Cleveland, OH, on October 19-20, 2012.  The paper has been accepted for publication by the Utah Law Review, and has already been downloaded over 17,500 times in the few months it's been available on the Internet.  It has also been featured on the Wall Street Journal's Editorial Page as "Notable and Quotable."  You can download the article at http://works.bepress.com/david_pimentel/11/.
