I am impressed with the willingness of many of our faculty to go above and beyond, not only staying after class or coming in early to meet with you personally, but also being available to discuss a personal issue or a project for another class or work.
Since working at my current firm, we have hired several Ohio Northern graduates. Each has been well prepared, and they all have a terrific work ethic. We enjoy having them in the office.
In class, I am focused on maintaining a productive and open environment where students feel their contributions are expected and respected. Outside of class, I am available to address students’ questions. My door is always open when I am in my office and students can reach me via e-mail when I'm not.
