Law students can choose to live on-campus or off-campus. An ONU apartment complex is available for law and graduate students who want the convenience of campus living. The village of Ada also has numerous off-campus apartments, houses and duplexes for rent or purchase, all within walking distance of ONU Law School.

Courtyard Apartments

For on-campus university housing, check out Courtyard Apartments. These two-person apartments feature a shared common room with a kitchen and a private bedroom. There are a limited number of spots available for law students on a first-come, first-served basis.

On-Campus University Housing

Learn more about living in ONU’s Courtyard Apartments. The University’s Office of Residence Life handles on-campus housing and can be reached at 419-772-2430.

  • You can register for on-campus housing by logging in to the Self-Service Banner using your ONU username and password. Your “My Housing” Account is your portal for your room assignment, roommate information and meal plan.

    Students will be able to register for on-campus housing once they submit their second seat deposit and receive their username and login information from the Office of Law Admissions. Students will use their ONU username and password to complete the housing application.

  • The Courtyard Apartments are cozy and convenient. They contain:

    • Two networked computer outlets per room
    • Three to five electrical outlets
    • ONU cable-television service in all rooms
    • Wall-to-wall carpeting
    • Extra-long twin beds (loftable units provided)
    • Desk, desk chair, shelving, towel rack, mirror and closet in all rooms
    • Overhead lighting
    • Refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, disposal, and counter or small table with chairs
    • Couch, chair and two end tables

Off-Campus Housing

The village of Ada provides inexpensive off-campus housing and a low cost of living far below national averages. Monthly rental fees can range from $300 to $650 depending on decor, location and whether the student is living alone or with a roommate. Many rental locations are within walking distance of the College of Law, restaurants and other shops along Main Street in Ada.
