Event Description

Step inside the ethical crossroads of prosecution. Third District Court of Appeals Judge Juergen A. Waldick, JD ’85, will deliver this year’s Goldman Lecture, drawing on his extensive career as a prosecutor to explore the ethical challenges that shape real-world decision-making. Through interactive scenarios, Judge Waldick will ask students to wrestle with tough questions from the prosecutor’s perspective—where discretion, justice, and responsibility collide.

The lecture will be held Thursday, March 26, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. in Tilton Hall, Room 129 or you can join us online:
